Return and Exchange Policy

 

  • Please get in touch with our customer service at contact@backslash.store within five days of receiving the item to initiate an exchange.
  • In accordance with the hygiene requirements for our products, all exchanges will undergo a quality inspection by a member of our team before being accepted or denied for exchange.
  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if;
  • (1) the product/s are returned after use
  • (2) the products are damaged
  • Once the exchange has been approved, the customer must ship the item and submit the tracking ID to contact@backslash.store in the same email thread. 
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange within 7-10 business days. 
  • If you have received a defective product, share images at contact@backslash.store and we will get back to you within 24 hours
  • Exchange can be done on the same product for the size only once.
  • Exchanges depends on availability, so we can't promise that the size you need will be available. We will give you a shop credit if the size you require is not available. 

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND 

  • Cancellation and refund is not possible against any orders. 
  • All sales are final.

 

* In case of return on an order, the amount will be credited back to the customer in the form of store credit.
